This page provides numerous links on the subject of Web site development and HTML authoring for aspiring (and perspiring) web authors. Lots of pages already exist on the web that provide information on web design and HTML programming, as well as jumpstation pages that link to more detailed information.
 
Thus, the intent of this page is to serve as a comprehensive jumpstation to other sites with links and useful material. (Creating it certainly served as a learning exercise, and involved some fun exploring). Where applicable, sites are listed under more than one category below, although most are listed only once.
